100% agree with the post, but I feel it's all over social media in general. I don't find a lot of it on my LinkedIn (or my ignoring it has taught the algorithm to tone it down). I use LinkedIn for almost 90% of my social media time and it's purely professional. I only follow people who I respect in my industry and only post content when I actually feel like I have something to add to conversation. I feel like social media platforms purposely promote the 'faux-found' self-actualization crap because they think it somehow makes their users feel value when they waste away their time scrolling? Dunno. But, yes, Zulie - I agree.
